By accessing and using services provided by The Bitcoin Corporation Ltd ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Token Securities Notice

All $b* tokens issued by the Company are regulated securities. They are NOT available for public sale and are exclusively distributed to contractors in exchange for work.

3. Open Source License

All software is provided under the Open BSV License. Contributors agree to the Contributor License Agreement when submitting code.

4. No Warranty

Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
