2. Token Securities Notice
$b* tokens issued by the Company are NOT available for public sale and are distributed only to contractors in exchange for work. The Company is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this website is an offer of, or invitation to buy, shares, tokens or any other investment.
3. Open Source License
All software is provided under the Open BSV License. Contributors agree to the Contributor License Agreement when submitting code.
4. No Warranty
Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
